The Police Athletic League of New Britain, Connecticut provides a Karate Program designed to teach the basic fundamentals of martial arts.
The program is open to boys and girls ages 3 years and up.
Our Karate Program is designed to provide youth with the opportunity to learn and develop their physical skills while also strengthening their personal character. The program is led by qualified instructors with years of experience in karate instruction and offers various levels or belts based on skill level.
We will be teaching martial arts forms as well as basic self-defense techniques.
Our goal is for each student that attends our programs to feel comfortable in the dojo atmosphere and gain valuable skills.
